The Club - Vol.4 - Magazine - Page 9
How do you cater to di昀昀erent group sizes, from individual
guests to larger corporate groups?
making it an a昀昀ordable experience for the whole family. We
also o昀昀er a children’s menu in all hospitality suites. For children
between the ages of 5-12, we have mascot packages which
are a fantastic experience for younger fans to be one of our
matchday mascots for the day and walk out with their heroes at
kick o昀昀.
For individuals who would like to experience hospitality, we
operate shared tables in our Richardson Suite for match-tomatch guests, so if you are booking as an individual or small
group, you will be seated with other like-minded guests. We
welcomed a number of visitors from Australia at a recent game
who we seated together, and they all had a great day! On
occasion we can also arrange for you to have your own private
table.
Can you tell me about any partnerships or collaborations
with local businesses or brands that enhance the
hospitality experience?
Provenance and sustainability are a key focus for us as a
hospitality department. In line with the Club’s continued work to
become more sustainable, our catering team source all produce
from suppliers within a 40-mile radius of the Club, with over
80% of food provided from supplies within 14 miles. 95% of
menu items are then made in house, with 96% of catering sta昀昀
living within 10 miles and the majority using public transport.
We work with a local wine supplier LWC who put a lot of time
and thought into curating our wine list in partnership with our
catering team.
For larger groups, we have a number of Executive Boxes which
can cater for 8-10 guests and one that can seat up to 16. The
largest group to date we have welcomed is 74, which was in our
Richardson Suite which can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Can you explain the dining options available to hospitality
guests? What kind of cuisine and beverage selections are
o昀昀ered?
We have a wide range of hospitality suites and packages to suit
your individual needs, whether you prefer a casual lounge with
a pie and drink, to a 昀椀ne dining four course meal paired with 昀椀ne
wines. We also ensure our menus are di昀昀erent every week, to
keep our returning guests happy, and also to push ourselves.
On occasion we will run themed nights too, whether it be
American, Indian, Chinese etc.
What are the club’s future plans or enhancements for
hospitality at West Bromwich Albion?
Our hospitality packages are constantly being reviewed to
provide the best possible experiences for our guests. We send
out a customer survey after every game and ask our seasonal
members for regular feedback.
Are there any packages or experiences tailored speci昀椀cally
for families or younger fans?
We do have ambitions to improve further in the future, and
one of our prospective plans centres around developing a new
hospitality suite within The West Stand in the not-too-distant
future, so watch this space!
We are a very family friendly Club and o昀昀er a 20% discount on
hospitality packages for under 18’s for Gold and Silver graded
games. For certain games throughout the year, like Boxing
Day and Easter Monday we also run promotions for children
to attend for as little as £60 + VAT (The Richardson Suite),
